"Believing in evolution and science takes MORE faith than believing in a creator. "
It's not about faith. It's about our inquisitive nature to want to know and understand.
When a lot of people make a lot of little discoveries, each with their own supporting evidence, and put them together to form a cohesive whole (in this case the process of creating separate species), we can make pretty damn accurate guesses about what happened and why.
I know I'm wasting my time and most of the arguments used by creationists are apologetics, so here's my last bit.
In America's Funniest Home Video's, there have been a number of video's of houses that are a total wreck. The couch is shredded, the pantry is a mess, and everything that was on the dinning room table in broken on the floor. How the owner comes to the conclusion that it was the dog, and not goblins even though they didn't see the dog do it, is what I'm talking about.
Can you go to a museum and see God, or the Devil? Can you go and see thousands and thousands of bones that are millions of years old. Maybe you have been to that "Creationist" museum. What a joke.
Man used to be accept the 'fact' that demons, angels, witches, spirits are real. We killed and tortured people because of this. The Church punished and jailed Galileo for stating the earth rotated around the sun instead of the earth being the center of the universe. As you stated, FAITH is the ONLY thing that you can rely on, to believe that there is a God. Science does not believe in FAITH to prove a hypothesis. Although many scientists have faith that they can prove through experiments, research, collaboration, etc. that their hypothesis are true. But it is always scrutinized by other scientists.
Darwin had faith in his scientific research that other scientists would be able to prove his hypotheses were true. And they did. Genetics, DNA, microbiology, were all outgrowths of his research.
Einstein proposed many theories/hypotheses through mathematics and was recognized as a genius. But most of the proof came much later in his lifetime of his work (for example, physics, atomic bomb, sub atomic particles, etc.) Einstein even tried to incorporate God into his vision of the universe. He spent the rest of his life trying to come up with a unified field theory, that showed that everything was "planned out" and working in a fixed and precise way. He worked on that theory for 30 years until the day he died, but was never able to prove it. It was a dead end. Science did not buy it.
But science has gone much deeper than Einstein's initial relativity concepts into Quantum Mechanics that shows there is a randomness that is built into life and the universe, and it is not fixed. It is "a roll of the dice" despite Einstein's unwillingness to accept it.
Science does not stand on faith alone, as Religion does. You would not be viewing this email if that were not true. Wereas, God, the Soul, and heaven/hell will never be proven until you die. So it is not relevent. It is pure conjecture, and the hundreds of religions in the world prove that. Millions of people have died at the hands of "believers" because they were "unbelievers" and were blasphemous of God. Scientists don't blow themselves up like the Jihadists, or burn people at the stake as the Catholic Church did back in the middle ages.
I thank God (yes I do believe in 'God') that our founding fathers of this country had the foresight (and hindsight) to separate the State and the Church. For I would not be able to write this email if they did not.

"He?" So God is a man? Let me guess- ancient men told you so!
